Application and Use
The pendant eye pin is inserted into fresh silver clay and secured with silver clay syringe paste or original silver paste (minimum 3 layers) to ensure a strong and durable bond.
Insert the pendant eye pin up to the curve so that a small portion is embedded in the clay design. This is essential for a secure attachment: during firing, the clay shrinks, and without proper embedding the neck of the pendant eye pin may become a weak point.
Make sure the pin does not protrude through the clay and is fully covered. If necessary, insert the eye at a slight angle or trim part of the pin to achieve the correct length.
