You can see the shipping costs if you place your products in the shopping cart. You can choose from multiple options for shipping.
Parcel post Netherlands is from € 6,95 (including track and trace)
Complementary services:

Parcel post to Belgium is € 9,50 (including track and trace and insurance!)
Other countries in the EU is from € 9,50 (including track and trace and insurance!)
Every year, around the turn of the year, we adjust our shipping rates to the then current rates. Due to fraud sensitivity, we (unfortunately) no longer send parcels by letter, it is possible that your package will fit through the letterbox, but it is always traceable by the tracing code.
Control:
Always check your parcel immediately and content receipt and report in case of damage as soon as possible this to us.
Return:
For returns, you can find here our address. Send state your order / invoice with your package.
International:
We also ship packages internationally within Europe, so the delivery time does not apply.
We do not ship to countries outside of Europe.
Shipping
We strive to ship your order within 48 hours. You will receive a notification once your package has been dispatched. The estimated delivery time for a product is indicative.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
To help protect the environment, we sometimes reuse boxes and packaging materials. However, we only do this if the packaging is still in good condition and your products can be shipped safely. Where possible, we use paper as filling material.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for your product is indicated on the product page, where you can also add the item to your cart. In most cases, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days (for the Netherlands and Belgium). Gift vouchers are sent digitally immediately after payment.
If a product is not in stock, we will order it for you. If the product cannot be delivered within a few days, it will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Please note: For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, such as to other European countries, or during holidays in your country or ours, delivery times may be longer. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the country you have entered and the selected shipping method.
For special requests regarding alternative shipping methods, any additional costs will be charged to the customer. The minimum charge will be the standard shipping rate.
