This white Radial Disk with 120 grit is designed for the effective removal of visible scratches and surface roughness on small jewellery items and fine components. The compact size allows for precise control and improved access to detailed areas.
It creates an even base finish and forms the ideal preparation for the subsequent finer sanding steps.
Features & Maintenance
- Always use a minimum of three, but no more than six, discs per mandrel.
- Always place the discs on the mandrel so that the bristles curve opposite (or away) from the direction of rotation. During use, the bristles must not be bent backwards.
Warning: This product may cause exposure to various chemicals, including titanium dioxide, lead and lead compounds, nickel, and crystalline silica (airborne particles of respirable size). The substances released may vary per disc colour. Always use suitable respiratory protection while polishing.
